The role
As part of the talent strategy, Titan Wealth Planning has established a Financial Adviser Academy – designed to attract and develop people who wish to become future financial planners within our company.
We are now looking for a person to lead and further embed this important initiative across all of our UK offices, seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head our Financial Adviser Academy. This role involves overseeing the training and development of financial advisers and paraplanners ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to clients.
Although this role will be primarily based in Kettering 3 days a week (2 days can be UK remote), from six months onwards, extensive national travel will be required to our various office locations. This will enable you to partner and engage with senior stakeholders, as well as support the development and implementation of our Academy offering and go-to-market strategy.
