Overview
You will report directly to the Director of Finance - Reporting & Monitoring and lead a close knit, motivated a highly performing and engaged team of finance professionals. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Financial Operations & Decision Support: Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost management to ensure accurate, timely financial operations that enable informed decision-making across the business.
- Insight & Business Planning: Partner with strategy leaders to translate financial performance into actionable insights, supporting business plans through cost analysis and funding assessments.
- Budgeting & Forecasting Cycles: Coordinate annual and quarterly financial planning, ensuring alignment between operational budgets and cashflow forecasts with clear assumptions and rigorous reviews.
- Controls & Compliance: Maintain strong financial governance through effective policies, internal controls, and risk management practices across day-to-day activities.
- Team Leadership & Systems Improvement: Develop finance colleagues professionally, foster a high-performing team culture, and drive improvements in systems, workflows, and stakeholder communication.

- Planning & Systems Proficiency: Skilled in managing priorities and risks, with proficiency in business software and financial tools to support analysis and reporting.
