A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Head of Finance Operations for a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. The role involves managing a team of 17 across Accounts Payable & Receivable, ensuring timely billing and settlement, and leading process improvements. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience and strong leadership skills. This role offers hybrid working arrangements, with 3 days in St Albans and 2 days remote.

Qualificações

• At least 8 years’ experience leading high volume, complex processing teams.
• Good understanding of the trading account process and Balance Sheet Control Accounts.
• Demonstrable leadership skills in managing and motivating large teams.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all Billing and settlement is delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
• Drive forward improvements in processing to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead a high performing, motivated team that can process large volumes accurately.
