A leading media company in the UK is seeking a Head of Finance for Broadcasting. This critical leadership role involves driving financial oversight and revenue growth across broadcasting operations, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, and leading budgeting processes. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong experience in finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive strategic financial initiatives. This role also involves working closely with senior management to present financial analyses and reports.

Your team: Our Finance team has a large part to play in the success of our business. We are based across a few locations, but operate as one team, and work together to create a positive, productive and highly efficient finance department within News UK.
The Head of Finance - Broadcasting (Revenue & Margin) is a critical leadership role within the Finance team, responsible for driving financial oversight and revenue growth across broadcasting operations. This role is focused on delivering top line growth, maximising current revenue streams, whilst identifying and delivering new revenue initiatives, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and reporting. Additionally, the role will assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives, such as the financial evaluation of new programming or operational strategies i.e. CTV, to support the overall growth and efficiency of the broadcasting division.
