They are looking for a Head of Finance to be the number 2 to the Finance Director

Description

The Head of Finance will be responsible for:

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Run the day to day finance department as number 2 to the Finance Director
• Lead all statutory accounting, Tax and compliance
• Oversee the all transactional finance
• Transform systems and processes through automation
• Lead the period end close
• Lead the year end audit

Profile

The successful candidate will ideally be:

• A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
• Demonstrable experience within an international organisation with various jurisdictions (Europe
• Strong financial control and commercial finance experience
• Able to lead the day to day running of the finance department
• Able to create and foster a a great culture
• Demonstrable experience in automating processes
• Able to thrive within a growing business and change environment
• Strong business partner who can influence, challenge and bring stakeholders on a journey
• USGAAP knowledge

Job Offer

The Head of Finance role comes with a competitive base salary commensurate with experience - £95,000-£115,000
