A public health service organization in Cardiff is seeking an exceptional finance leader to join as Head of Finance Business Partnering. You will lead a team of finance professionals, partnering with service leaders to drive financial performance, enable transformation, and ensure resources are aligned to priorities within our Integrated Medium Term Plan (IMTP).

Responsible for providing the lead financial advice and support into the financial and business planning processes for Divisions. This includes providing the financial leadership in the development of strategic Business cases and the development of complex service and financial models.
Contribute to financial management agenda and strategy across the Organisation and policy formation within the Finance Profession. Ensure that NWSSP Divisions financial activities and systems are in line with corporate policies and procedures and meet the highest standards of stewardship and probity and comply with corporate governance requirements.
Responsible for the management of the Finance Business Partnering Team and to deputise for the Deputy Director of Finance & Corporate Services
