• Lead and manage the college finance team, overseeing all day‑to‑day financial operations
• Work with the team to produce the college management accounts
• Responsible for budgets, forecasting and analysis
• Ensure robust financial controls are in place
• Monitor, manage, and forecast weekly and long‑term cashflows
• Financial reporting and compliance
• Finance system management and improvement

Qualifications

You will be a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with proven team management and leadership experience. You will report directly to the Executive Director of Finance, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and other stakeholders to drive performance and continuous improvement.
