  • Helping shape a culture where people feel supported, capable and motivated to achieve their potential.
  • Ensuring financial reporting and insights are clear, timely and useful, supporting decisions at every level.
  • Acting as a role model for our values: open and honest, customer-driven, team player, with a winning attitude.
  • Working with the Board, shareholders, auditors and other stakeholders, managing relationships with professionalism and integrity.
  • Driving continuous improvement, whether through new technology, smarter processes or simply finding better ways of working.
  • Oversee the execution and embedding of an appropriate first line compliance framework and culture, supported by relevant and efficient structures / committees, processes, tools, risk sampling (aligned with the company’s risk appetite), guidance and communication strategies (which includes an understanding and dissemination of evolving regulator expectations)
