A global player in their field and a household name, our client requires a Head of Finance to help lead their commercial team.You will be overseeing : Financial control, forecasting, commercial analysis, and decision support. You will be working closely with the operational management & commercial finance teams to maximise commercial opportunities and identify risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Finance Business Partner to the senior Leadership team
  • Management of the financial control environment
  • In conjunction with the SLT ensuring profitability is maximised
  • Providing sound commercial analysis and insight
  • Identifying and implementing best practice
  • Acquisitions - identification of targets, due diligence, legal documentation, and integration
  • Support the development of growth and efficiency strategies within the division
  • New business support, analysis, and reporting
  • Organise and control forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Preparation of Monthly Board Reports and commentary
  • Development and reporting of KPI's
