About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and strategically minded qualified accountant with financial and commercial reporting to lead the financial management and planning of a high performing finance team. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving financial strategy, governance, and performance across all areas of the charity.

The Head of Finance will oversee financial and commercial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes while ensuring the organisation’s funds are managed efficiently, transparently, and in alignment with our charitable objectives. Working closely with the Executive Team and Board, you will play a central role in supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring long-term financial sustainability.

You will lead a small, high-performing team to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial information, championing best practice and continuous improvement across the organisation.
