As our Head of Films, you’ll lead the team that creates video magic for our clients. We have an 8‑person team of videographers, photographers, editors, animators, content creators and producers who create end‑to‑end video productions for clients such as On, Frasers Group, Sky, L’Oreal, Kraft Heinz, Worldpay, McCain, Comcast and many more.
They’re a talented bunch, and need a leader who adequately inspires them, levels up their creative thinking, and who keeps them motivated when energy runs low on a two‑week shoot.
Films are a massive part of the Wiser identity, so this role will be central to our creative offering. We have big growth plans (in team size, revenue and creative ideas) and we’re excited to find the person who’ll help us get there.
At Wiser, we’re committed to fostering a culture where everyone feels empowered to be themselves and inspired to excel. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, religion, ability, or socioeconomic status. If you’re passionate about making meaningful moves in an inclusive, high‑performing environment, we look forward to hearing from you.
