Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and implement facilities services & solutions, which create mies for the organization and maintain positive workplace experience.
  • Maintain and continually develop our strategy for effective health and safety management across all UK sites ensuring safety compliance and regulatory adherence.
  • Ensure rigorous risk assessment and incident management systems are in place and followed across the organization.
  • Plan and manage business continuity and crisis management program, collaborating with departments to build plans and resilience into the program.
  • Manage the upkeep of our BC/ Crisis Communications platform (Everbridge) and Bia platform (Baserow).
  • Collaborate with departments or third parties to test our BC, operational resilience and crisis plans annually or as required.
  • Plan and manage property lease events, recommend strategies to the P&C Director and exec team.
  • Lead on landlord matters liaising and collaborating with agents and local management teams.
  • Plan & manage planned preventative and reactive maintenance and infrastructure/project works.
  • Plan & manage UK facility soft services including contracts for corporate travel, security앨 slick, waste management, reception, stationery, catering, and parking.
  • Forecast and monitor FM / project budgets for all UK review of management areas.
  • Oversee tenders for contractors and oversight of their work to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee planned renovations and refurbishment programs.

  • Lead and develop the facilities team reporting on OKRs and managing performance.
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
  • Significant experience in Facilities and Health and Safety.
  • Strong background in business continuity.
  • Facilities Management and Health & Safety qualifications desirable.
  • Innovative, customer‑focused and proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Up‑to‑date knowledge of UK H&S legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High integrity and professionalism with discretion and initiative.
  • Financial acumen and experience using data for decision‑making.
  • Excellent communication, diplomacy, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and data manipulation skills.
  • Proficient in IT and Microsoft packages.
