In this role, you will take full responsibility for the strategic and operational management of a large and varied estate. You will lead a multidisciplinary estates team and oversee all aspects of facilities management including maintenance, capital projects, compliance, health & safety, and sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in facilities or estates management, ideally within a school, university, or similar setting. You will hold a recognised health & safety qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH, and have strong leadership and budget management skills.

The Role:
  • Strategic and day-to-day management of a large educational estate

The Person:
  • Background in estates/facilities/site management, ideally in an educational or similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and project management
  • Holds IOSH, NEBOSH or similar qualification
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
