Leadership & Management

As Head of Food & Beverage you lead a substantial F&B team across restaurants, bars, well known brand takeaway’s & large entertainment show bars. You inspire and motivate your team to hit goals, keep high standards and grow performance. You manage budgets, resources and tools to keep operations running smoothly.

You drive guest experience, continuously improve interactions and solve issues. You ensure safety, compliance and adherence to company policies.

Guest Experience & Escalations

You interact with guests, build trusted relationships, address needs and concerns, handle escalated issues promptly and gather, analyse feedback for continuous improvement.

Strategic Planning & Performance

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental & organisational goals, including budgeting and resource allocation. Continuously assess performance, implement improvements, and help Team Managers achieve annual sales growth and profit targets.

Team Management & Development

Engage, educate, support and appraise team members, cultivate a cooperative, creative, career‑advancement workplace. Provide engaging 90‑day induction & training plan for new hires.

Stakeholder Engagement & Compliance

Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to build key relationships, identify growth opportunities & ensure guest satisfaction. Ensure all activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations & industry standards.

Reporting & Leadership

Provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges and future plans.
