Job summary

Techspace in London seeks an Events Manager to lead the Events team across our London portfolio with oversight extended to Berlin. You will drive growth and profitability of the Event Venue product, owning delivery of events strategy, budgeting and pricing while guiding the team who execute it day to day.

In London, the team handles sales and delivery, while in Berlin enquiries are centralised through your team.

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue and pipeline health for the Techspace Events business across London and Berlin.
• Set annual events strategy and budget; own pricing framework and discount guardrails.
• Lead the Events Team; set OKRs, rota, staffing and resourcing for events.
• Uphold hospitality standards across all venues; ensure consistent delivery and client satisfaction.
• Review high-value or non-standard contracts; act as final escalation point.
• Track portfolio performance and lead launches of new sites for long-term growth.
• Own strategic partnerships with agencies and brokers; represent Techspace at industry level.
• Collaborate with Marketing to shape lead generation and targeted campaigns.
• Work cross-functionally with Community and Finance to align processes.
• Produce monthly and quarterly reporting to stakeholders.
