Qualifications
- Extensive experience in progressive P&O/HR with executive and ECN-1 partnership.
- Strong organization design and transformation experience, including scenario planning.
- Experience creating global or enterprise-wide people strategies, governance or programs.
Responsibilities
- Set enterprise DSAI people and organization strategy across units.
- Shape strategic workforce and capability decisions using analytics and storytelling.
- Lead the enterprise talent review and present implications to ECN.
