Our Nutrition business is recruiting for a dynamic and strategic Digital Strategy & Engagement Head for EMEA . Based from our Maidenhead office and reporting to the Commercial Director EMEA you will lead a small team driving digital transformation and commercial impact across the region. You will be responsible for developing and executing a best-in-class digital engagement strategy that spans both reimbursed healthcare channels and out-of-pocket consumer segments with a clear focus on increasing sales through digital optimisation and implementation.

What you’ll do :
Digital Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive digital engagement strategy aligned with EMEA commercial objectives.
  • Ensure integration across HCP patient and consumer journeys leveraging both reimbursed and direct-to-consumer channels.
  • Translate strategy into actionable plans with clear KPIs and performance metrics.
Sales Growth & Optimisation
  • Implement digital initiatives that contribute to sales growth.
  • Optimise campaigns and channels to improve conversion and retention.
  • Use analytics to demonstrate ROI and refine tactics.
Technology & Tools Enablement
  • Collaborate with IT and global teams to deploy and optimise digital platforms.
  • Ensure tools are scalable and tailored to market needs.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for commercial relevance.
Omnichannel Engagement
  • Design omnichannel strategies for personalised experiences.
  • Balance media types to maximise engagement whilst aligning with brand and regulatory standards.
Content & Personalisation
  • Lead development of compliant modular content for audience segments.
  • Drive personalisation through segmentation and dynamic delivery.
Data Analytics & Insights
  • Track digital KPIs including engagement and sales impact promoting data driven decision-making.
  • Leverage insights to guide strategy and investment.
Stakeholder Engagement & Capability Building
  • Partner with country teams and cross-functional stakeholders fostering collaboration.
  • Build capabilities through training and best practices.
Governance & Compliance
  • Establish governance frameworks across EMEA.
  • Ensure compliance as well as provide guidance for ethical digital engagement.
What you’ll need :
  • Experience in digital strategy and execution within healthcare nutrition or FMCG.
  • Commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales through digital channels.
  • Expertise in MarTech platforms CRM and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of EMEA market dynamics and regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills stakeholder management and collaboration.
  • Effective communication and change management capabilities.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
