Provide strategic professional leadership to support improvements in professional practice, standards of care, and effective identification and management of risk within the organisations clinical governance framework.

This includes meeting the requirements for education, digital, policy and strategy development.

Provide strategic leadership for the development of a Faculty of Education with a focus on remote care.

Working strategically and collaboratively with partner agencies and education institutes, oversee the design of programmes of study that will contribute to people and service development and transformation.

The post-holder will work collaboratively with the Service Managers for Education Development and Clinical Education, the Clinical Specialist/Advanced Practice Leads and the Nursing Lead for Workforce, Standards and Professional Practice to align workstreams and to foster a network of clinical, education and professional excellence.

Key relationships include the Trusts Education lead and teams.
