A leading financial institution in Greater London is seeking an experienced lawyer to lead the eDiscovery function. In this role, you will define the eDiscovery strategy, oversee a global team, and ensure the effective use of advanced technologies. The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with substantial eDiscovery experience and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Global Legal plays an important role in protecting the Group’s reputation by helping to future-proof the organisation through robust legal risk and issue advisory. Responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice to senior management and all global businesses and functions, the team offers a diverse range of legal skills, jurisdictional experience and practice specialisms across all countries and territories in which our businesses operate.
We are seeking an experienced lawyer to lead the eDiscovery function, with accountability for strategy, governance, people leadership, and delivery across the discovery lifecycle. This role manages the eDiscovery Active Management Function and acts as the senior subject-matter expert for eDiscovery within the department.
