Job summary

Solace in London is seeking a senior strategic leader to drive Redbridge's ambitious growth and regeneration programme. You will oversee inward investment strategy, work with local businesses, and coordinate education partners to grow skills and opportunity.

You will build local and regional networks with funding bodies, translate strategy into tangible projects, and maintain momentum in a fast-moving, community-focused environment.

You’ll help to develop Redbridge’s identity and profile as a great place to do business, overseeing our inward investment strategy and working with businesses already located within the borough to support business success and economic growth. And you’ll work closely with education and training providers to ensure that we are developing the skills and expertise in our community to maximise the opportunities this growth presents.

We’re looking for somebody who can build local and regional networks and foster positive relationships with funding bodies to identify and capitalise on the right opportunities for Redbridge.
