Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a secondary school in Thurrock seeking a Head of Drama to start January 2027. You will lead Drama across KS3/4, inspire students and shape the department's future.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Drama curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4.

• Deliver engaging, imaginative and challenging Drama lessons.
• Support and develop other members of the department.
• Help shape the future direction and vision of Drama within the school.
• Encourage students to participate in performances, productions and wider creative opportunities.
