Job Overview

As Head of Digital Programme & Change, reporting to the Director of Digital Transformation, you will lead the delivery of digital programmes and drive organisational change to enable successful digital transformation across the business, driving innovation, process improvement, and adoption of new technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives from ideation through design, development, and implementation across the business
  • Lead a team of Digital Programme Managers, providing coaching, oversight, and guidance to ensure successful delivery of digital programmes
  • Be responsible for prioritising and managing the digital portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
  • Work with senior stakeholders, operating units, enabling functions, and other technical teams to ensure digital initiatives deliver tangible business value
  • Contribute to the development of a culture of innovation, digital literacy, and continuous improvement across the organisation
  • Support the Director of Digital Transformation in reporting progress, risks, benefits realisation, and strategic insights to the executive team
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Digital Transformation, or related discipline
  • Strong understanding of the construction process with operational experience
  • Proven experience leading complex digital transformation programmes in large organisations
  • Strong leadership experience managing managers and multidisciplinary teams
  • Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes from digital initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and executive communication skills, collaborating closely with the operational side of the business
  • Demonstrable experience managing portfolios of digital initiatives from ideation to implementation
  • Experience in organisational change, process redesign, and technology adoption
  • Experience in cultural transformation and digital capability programs
