A prominent charity in London is seeking a Head of Digital Delivery and Planning to oversee its engagement roadmap and ensure project alignment with strategic goals. Position: Head of Digital Delivery and Planning
Type: Full-time (35 hours a week)
Contract: 18 months fixed term contract
Location: Office-based in London office with flexibility to work remotely
Salary: £65,118 per annum plus excellent benefits
Salary Band and Job Family: Band 4

You will lead the end‑to‑end planning, governance and delivery of this charity's cross‑organisational engagement roadmap. Working with product, project, production and technical specialists, you’ll make sure that the organisation's work is strategic, insight‑led and outcome‑focused. You’ll oversee communication, resourcing and delivery across a complex mix of projects, products and campaigns. Everything you do will align to the organisation's goals and capacity. You’ll embed high standards of process, performance, accessibility and security, and drive continuous improvement in how this charity works. As a cross‑organisational leader, you’ll guide senior colleagues through planning and prioritisation to help the charity deliver impact at scale.
