The Head of Digital will lead a digital team to deliver integrated campaigns using the right channels to expand reach, improve engagement, and drive response. Ensure industry‑leading use of digital through innovation and best‑practice planning and execution.

Description

As the Head of Digital you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a close‑knit team
  • Build a unified digital practice integrating all current and future channels.
  • Define a clear digital strategy outlining channel purpose, usage, and relevance for each audience at every engagement stage.
  • Guide and manage channel owners to stay ahead of trends and deliver best‑in‑class digital experiences.
  • Partner with IT to enable platforms for activation and performance tracking across websites, social, email, and apps.
  • Lead SEO strategy to optimize for evolving trends, including zero‑click engagement and AI‑driven search.
  • Establish briefing and planning processes for consistent, collaborative campaign delivery.
  • Develop a performance framework to capture, analyze, and report data across all channels for actionable insights.
Profile

The successful Head of Digital will have the following:

  • Proven experience leading and developing high‑performing cross‑channel digital teams
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to coach, mentor and inspire
  • Low ego, collaborative leadership style that fosters trust and psychological safety
  • Strong grasp of SEO, including emerging trends like zero‑click engagement and AI‑driven search
