What you’ll do

• Provide technical leadership and direction across multiple projects.
• Design, architect, and implement high-performance, scalable solutions in C#/.NET.
• Ensure architectural consistency and modern engineering best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Research, QA, and Professional Services.
• Mentor and coach developers, continuously raising the technical bar.
• Define and uphold code quality, testing, and deployment standards.
• Help shape the long-term technical strategy and development roadmap.
• Manage a team of developers and QA engineers.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related STEM field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of hands-on experience developing with C#/.NET in production environments.
• Strong command of SQL and relational database design.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles and architecture patterns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience mentoring or managing developers.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and align teams around shared goals.
• Strong problem-solving mindset — proactive, pragmatic, and outcome-oriented.
• Domain knowledge of financial derivatives and risk management concepts.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in FinTech, capital markets, or trading/risk platforms.
• Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience optimizing performance in large, complex codebases.
• Exposure to distributed systems, multithreading, or high-frequency data processing.
