Job summary

Active Lincolnshire is seeking a Head of Development to lead the delivery of Sport England place investment across Skegness & Wainfleet. You will manage programme delivery, budgets, and the place partnership, working with partners to reduce inequalities and support more active lives.

Based in SkegNESS & WAINFLEET with flexible and home working options, the role requires travel to Lincoln and across Lincolnshire, 37 hours per week, and a fixed term contract for a leadership-focused role in a

• Proven track record of managing large-scale funded programmes.
• Committed to tackling inequalities and working inclusively.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Local knowledge of Skegness and Wainfleet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the investment programme across Skegness & Wainfleet.
• Provide inclusive leadership to the team with clear success measures.
• Build trusted relationships with strategic stakeholders across sectors.
• Manage programme budgets, contracts and suppliers; report to Sport England.
