Job summary

Worle Community School Academy in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, is seeking a Head of Design Technology to lead curriculum quality, teaching and assessment within the DT department. You will line manage DT staff and drive improvements in practice across KS3 and KS4, ensuring high standards and impactful student progress.

The role requires an excellent classroom practitioner with a commitment to inclusion and a collaborative approach to school improvement within the Pathway Trust.
