The Role

You will oversee and manage the Residential Property team while maintaining a manageable caseload of your own. Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supervising a team of conveyancers, solicitors, and support staff
  • Handling a range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, new builds, and transfers of equity
  • Driving departmental performance and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Supporting business development and maintaining relationships with agents, lenders, and referrers
  • Working closely with senior management on strategy, resourcing, and growth initiatives
