A leading law firm in Birmingham is seeking a Head of Department / Partner for its Family Law team. The role involves leading a cohesive team and ensuring continuity during the transition. You will be taking the lead of a strong and cohesive team of 10+, working within a firm that values collaboration, quality of service, and long-term growth. Although this role is based in the Birmingham office, you will be part of a wider multi-office practice with an outstanding reputation across the region.
You will be need to have a proven track record in family law, strong leadership capabilities, and the confidence to guide and develop a successful team. The ideal candidate brings strategic vision, commercial awareness, and a collaborative approach to department management.
