Head of Department / Partner - Family Law

Location: Birmingham (with multi-office presence)

An exciting opportunity has come about to step into a leadership role within a highly successful and well-established Family Law team. This is a rare chance to join a firm that is committed to supporting its senior leaders, offering a structured, well-planned transition period rather than a “sink or swim” environment.

You will be taking the lead of a strong and cohesive team of 10+, working within a firm that values collaboration, quality of service, and long-term growth. Although this role is based in the Birmingham office, you will be part of a wider multi-office practice with an outstanding reputation across the region.

  • A current Partner seeking to step into broader leadership responsibilities, or
