East Kent Colleges Group are seeking a Head of Department to join the Group with EKC Training. As a Head of Apprenticeships, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of Apprenticeship Programmes, promoting high standards in a positive and supportive culture that aspires to be outstanding.
In the role of Head of Department your role responsibilities will also include being responsible for the quality of programme provision and to actively encourage in teaching and to effectively manage a delegated budget.
