A reputable consultancy in Leeds is seeking an experienced Account Owner to lead client engagements and drive exceptional delivery. This role requires strong client relationship management skills, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and the ability to mentor team members. As an Account Owner (Head of Delivery may be a title you’re more used to) at Burendo, you’ll lead a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring exceptional delivery and satisfaction while driving account growth. You’ll balance strategic leadership with a hands‑on approach, stepping in when needed to resolve challenges, model high standards, and guide teams toward success.
Working closely with those in the Account Lead role, you’ll coach, mentor, and empower them to thrive. When required, you’ll take a direct leadership role in engagements, setting the pace, stabilising delivery, and helping build long‑term capability.
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and long‑term client partnership. You’ll support teams, solve complex problems, foster consistency across accounts, and help us plan for the future while ensuring high‑quality outcomes today.
