Driving a customer centric ethos, the purpose of the role is to strategically shape, define and drive the execution and performance of demand and delivery of major client programs for Cornerstones client accounts. The role will have full end to end accountability for the delivery of the account P&L, account governance and reporting and overall accountability for all aspects of client and program delivery. Take overall accountability and be the authority in the creation of an end-to-end underpinned delivery plan for all Cornerstone delivery activities and clear hand-offs with customer and suppliers, always ensuring that high Customer satisfaction is maintained. Interface and influence at a senior business level to deliver business priorities in line with Cornerstone and strategic suppliers' capability to deliver. Provide inspirational leadership to cross functional spans of influence and delivering excellence throughout all aspects of program delivery. Define and implement a clear demand capability strategy to ensure demand is resourced and delivered with a zero client impact target. Manage and update the end to end underpinned plan for all programs, ensuring underpinning project workstreams are delivering their agreed scope and requirements, ensuring the programmes are reviewed with the executive stakeholders and are delivering against the required business outcomes and AOP. Working closely with the Demand governance board the head of demand and delivery will be a key stakeholder, ensuring client demand is governed, controlled and qualified. Establishing any presenting any impact to the business and facilitating any business cases that may be required to capture and deliver client demand
