As the Head of Data Science and AI, you’ll be at the forefront of this mission, providing strategic leadership and shaping the future of our data capabilities. You’ll set the vision for how AI and machine learning can unlock value across the organisation, develop a clear roadmap to turn that vision into reality, and lead a talented team of data scientists. Your role involves building end-to-end data science solutions, leveraging our cloud-based data lake, and working closely with stakeholders to embed a data-driven approach into every aspect of our work. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive meaningful change and help position AXA as a leader in health data innovation.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You\'ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
