LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Head of Data Engineering for the UK&I team. You will lead data engineers, drive cloud modernization, governance, and AI adoption while partnering with global stakeholders to deliver scalable data products and services.

The role balances delivery excellence with long-term technology strategy, fostering innovation and collaboration across US and UK teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in data engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in modern data engineering, architecture and large-scale platforms.
• Experience delivering cloud-based solutions, preferably on Azure.
• Knowledge of governance, privacy, security and risk management.
• Experience leading strategic, cross-functional programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to balance delivery with long-term strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support data engineers with clear priorities and delivery.
• Foster accountability, collaboration and innovation across teams.
• Support career development, succession planning and workforce planning.
• Oversee data products, ingestion pipelines and reporting platforms.
• Lead cloud migration and modernization using Azure and Databricks.
• Ensure governance, privacy, security and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Product, Analytics, Architecture, Operations and Leadership.
