Job summary

EWOR is launching cutting-edge initiatives and seeks exceptional operators and builders to join a new department. You will own core 0-to-1 initiatives in DeepTech, translating strategic vision into roadmaps, taking ownership from prototype to production.

You will architect scalable solutions, position the department for rapid growth, and aim for a spin-off with potential institutional backing. Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocations/remote arrangements), you’ll report directly to

• High-agency builder mindset with end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
