As part of this continued growth, they are hiring a Head of D2C to lead commercial performance across all D2C and online B2B channels.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven digital leader to shape strategy, scale performance, and manage a high-performing eCommerce team.

As Head of D2C, you will :
  • Lead the development and execution of multi-brand eCommerce strategies aligned to overall business goals.
  • Own the eCommerce P&L, including revenue delivery, margin optimization, cost control, commercial planning, and ROI forecasting.
  • Manage and develop a team of eCommerce Managers.
  • Oversee daily website performance and commercial optimization.
  • Implement SEO best practices to grow organic visibility.
  • Align onsite content, promotions, and trading with Brand and Marketing teams.
  • Identify growth opportunities using customer data and market insights.
What will you need?
  • Strong experience leading the development of eCommerce strategies across an FMCG brand.
  • Strategic leadership management and development of a team.
  • Strong commercial ownership - owning the full P+L and budget.
  • Excellent knowledge across Shopify & other marketplaces.
  • CRO, UX / UI knowledge, onsite campaign execution and SEO.
  • KPI tracking and data-led decision making
  • CRM / email marketing experience
