Morson Group is recruiting a Head of Cyber Security to lead and mature the cyber security function in a global manufacturing environment. The role is based in Manchester with one day per week on-site and an initial 3-6 month contract inside IR35, offering a pathway to a permanent opportunity.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Head of Cyber Security or senior security leader.
• Strong background in Microsoft environments (Azure, M365, Microsoft Security).
• Experience in security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and cyber risk programs.
• Understanding of ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Experience managing third-party security providers.
• Manufacturing or industrial sector experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mature the cyber security function with responsibility for strategy, operations, risk management and stakeholder engagement across the business.
• Oversee security operations, incident response, vulnerability management and cyber risk programmes.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including executives and the board.
• Manage relationships with third‑party security providers and drive improvements across complex environments.
