The Perfume Shop is seeking an exceptional Head of Customer Strategy in High Wycombe on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead a hands-on team, turning customer and commercial data into clear priorities and plans that drive measurable outcomes across the customer journey.

You will partner with Brand, CRM, Digital, Retail and Operations to embed customer insight, champion test-and-learn, and translate strategy into brilliant execution at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Exceptional people leadership with experience building and motivating teams
• Hands-on leadership style combining strategic thinking and practical delivery
• Experience using customer, behavioural and commercial data to shape decisions and performance
• Experience leading customer strategy, insight, or CRM in retail or customer-focused org
• Ability to simplify complexity and influence senior stakeholders
• Collaborative and commercially focused, turning strategy into measurable outcomes
