Job description

The Leicestershire & Rutland Cricket Foundation is looking for a Head of Cricket Operations, a senior leadership position reporting to the Managing Director.

The Role

Acting as the Managing Director’s deputy when required, you will lead and coordinate the Foundation’s cricket delivery, making sure strategic priorities become effective operational plans and measurable outcomes across schools, clubs, leagues, competitions, facilities, women and girls’ cricket, disability and inclusive cricket, and workforce development.
