The Creative, Agency Partnership & B-Hive enable our ambitious brand growth goals through a more agile and technology-enabled operating approach. As a Centre of Excellence, we are responsible for creative generation across the agency network, including management of the full agency network (incl. OLIVER, WPP & B-Hive). This CoE aligns all of our creative skills, resources and operating model with the needs of the Brand Growth Framework at the very heart, enabling our ambitious brand growth goals through a more agile and technology-enabled operating approach. Reporting to the Creative, Agency Partnerships & B-Hive Director, this is a pivotal role in our Creative CoE. You'll lead and inspire our creative teams (all agency partners) in delivering high-impact, well-ideated campaigns & initiatives. A natural creative with a great instinct for powerful creative and big bold ideas. A strategic thinker with deep expertise across the entire creative lifecycle, you will be leading the process from brief development to execution, focusing on elevating our brands creative output while maintaining strong alignment with brand guardrails, strategy, BVI and luxury benchmarks. A confident leader, exceptional communicator, and skilled collaborator.
