A leading skincare brand located in the UK is seeking a Global Head of Brand Creative & Design. This role will lead a team of creative professionals and is responsible for establishing the brand's creative vision across all global touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in creative leadership and a proven track record in building brand equity through impactful campaigns. Medik8 is looking for a senior, inspiring leader to become our Global Head of Brand Creative & Design.
This is a critical role within our Global Customer Experience department, accountable for leading the full-funnel brand creative and design vision across all global touchpoints. You will be instrumental in driving customer recall, boosting conversion, and building long-term brand equity for Medik8.
You will lead a high-performing team of 8 creative professionals who deliver all design needs. The role includes 4 direct reports who oversee our core creative capabilities across Studio, Video & Photography, and Design.
