Curio Careers is seeking a senior leader to head the cost and project management function for its luxury property practice in London. You will oversee budgets from feasibility to final account on £10m–£50m projects, driving delivery and reporting.

The role requires MRICS or FRICS, deep experience on super-prime residential properties (including international work), and strong knowledge of JCT contracts and procurement routes.

Competenze

• MRICS or FRICS qualification is essential.
• Experience with super-prime residential properties (incl. international work).

• Own cost management from feasibility to final account for £10m–£50m projects.
