Role Overview

As Head of Corporate Insurance at Bupa, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the company's mission of helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives by leading our corporate health insurance strategy across the UK. You will be responsible for over £780 million in written contribution and 430,000 lives, driving innovation and growth across Dental, Cash Plan, and Clinics product lines.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of corporate health and wellbeing, working with a high‑performing team to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers and lead strategic transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Corporate Consulting Leaders and Health Insurance Consultants to deliver market‑leading consultancy and account management.
• Own and drive the Corporate Insurance P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for new business and retention, collaborating with Marketing and Distribution teams.
• Act as an internal champion, cross‑selling across Bupa’s portfolio, deepening customer relationships and expanding product reach.
• Use data insights and market trends to optimise performance and customer outcomes.
• Ensure all distribution activities meet regulatory standards and deliver fair customer outcomes.
• Represent Bupa externally, building strong partnerships with corporate clients and intermediaries.
• Drive innovation and growth across product lines including Dental, Cash Plan, and Clinics.
