A regional governance authority in the UK is seeking a Head of Corporate Finance to lead its financial functions. The successful candidate will manage financial strategy, ensure compliance, and influence effective decision-making. Candidates must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with significant experience in large organizations. We’re looking for a Head of Corporate Finance to provide strategic leadership and management of EMCCA’s corporate finance function. You’ll oversee all aspects of financial planning, treasury and capital management, ensuring the integrity of EMCCA’s accounts, systems and reporting.
Collaboration and working in partnership are absolutely central to this role. Alongside the Director of Finance, the Head of Financial Services, and Finance Business Partners, you’ll help build a joined‑up, high‑performing finance team that supports effective decision‑making across the organisation.

You’ll be a fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CIPFA, CIMA or ACCA) with substantial experience as a senior finance leader in local government or another large, complex organisation.
