Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Conveyancing to join my clients growing team based in Leeds offices.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a well-established team, shape strategy, and drive growth while maintaining our high standards of client care.

The Role

As Head of Conveyancing, you will:

  • Lead and manage a team of skilled conveyancers, assistants, and support staff across our four offices.
  • Oversee all aspects of residential property work, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Run a reduced caseload of your own, with management time factored in.
  • Drive business development initiatives, nurture relationships with referrers, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, client experience, and team collaboration.
  • Play a key role in departmental budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning.
