Fantastic opportunity to head up the residential conveyancing department of this growing South West firm.

Our client is an established multi-office law firm with offices in Wiltshire. They are currently seeking an experienced head of department to lead and manage their residential conveyancing team.

You should ideally have previous management experience including staff training and supervision, managing team performance, managing any necessary changes to IT systems / delivery processes as well as building and developing networks and work sources.

The firm has offices in Devizes, Chippenham, Marlborough, Royal Wootton Bassett & Swindon. The location of this post is flexible and can be discussed with candidates.
