Job summary

Notting Hill & Ealing High School is seeking an inspirational Head of Computer Science to lead and develop the departmental curriculum and activities for girls in the Senior School up to A Level.

The role offers an opportunity to advance into leadership, inspire pupils and colleagues, and contribute to a thriving CS programme within a warm, supportive GDST school community.

Role Overview

Notting Hill & Ealing High School, one of London's leading independent girls' day schools, has an exciting opportunity for an inspirational Head of Computer Science to contribute further to a flourishing Computer Science Department in both its curricular and extra-curricular activities. We are looking for a well-qualified teacher of Computer Science with a passion for the subject and excellent subject knowledge, with good organisational and time management skills. The successful candidate will teach Computer Science throughout the Senior School up to A Level. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make the move into a Head of Department role or gain further leadership experience. If you are a good communicator who can enthuse and inspire both pupils and colleagues and have exciting ideas about the teaching of Computer Science, and the ways in which Computer Science can be further developed and encouraged, we would be delighted to hear from you.
