Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Health & Safety, Risk, or Compliance Management.
  • Professional qualification (e.g., CMIOSH, MIIRSM).
  • Extensive knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and compliance frameworks.
  • Senior-level experience in compliance and safety management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks, audits, and policies across all departments.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and environmental standards.
  • Oversee risk management, including audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
  • Provide assurance reporting to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Lead ISO accreditation initiatives and maintain compliance standards.
