Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate compliance and audit teams.
• Experience in wholesale, retail, hospitality, and similar sectors.
• Ability to implement compliance and security frameworks.
• Strong skills in risk management and loss prevention.
• Experience integrating technology and AI into compliance processes.
• Familiarity with FSC / PEFC Chain of Custody certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Compliance team across multiple sites.
• Implement compliance strategies for legal and risk management.
• Integrate AI tools to improve compliance and investigation.
• Allocate resources effectively for audits and investigations.
• Communicate key findings to senior management.
