Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in compliance or regulatory leadership roles.
• In-depth understanding of the UK regulatory framework, including FCA Handbook.
• Proven ability to design and lead compliance monitoring programmes.

• Develop, implement and manage a compliance programme and strategic initiatives.
• Lead adherence to Consumer Duty regulations and partner with operational leadership.
• Shape the internal compliance audits programme.
